Received Hamilton, Geo, March 14th, 1857 of P. J. Phillips Administrator, on the estate of Thos. J. Street, late, of said county, nineteen hundred & seventy four dollars & twenty five cents in full and entire satisfaction of all the rights, title, interest property, claim ordinance I as guardian of Mary, Senah(?), Elizabeth and Martha Street, orphans of said Thos. J. Street have or might have in and upon the said P. J. Phillips Administrator as afore said as the legacy coming in money to said orphans from T. J. Street's estate, their father.  I have also received the following Negroes for said orphans from the said P. J. Phillips administrator as aforesaid viz.   Edmond, Charlotte, Tom, Big Charlotte, George, Matilda, Cudjo, Flora, Adam, Prince, Little Edmond, Seaborn, Gus, William, Jane, Sam, Elsy, Betty, Martha, Leance, Mary Ann & Ben.  And the said P. J. Phillips administrator as aforesaid is hereby fully and entirely acquitted of any  and all further claim part as guardian for said orphans.
