To the Honorable the Orphan Court of the County of Macon and State of Alabama
We the commissioners, Charles G. Rush, George W. Crymes, Absolom Nicholson and Jesse M.
Baden appointed by said court to divide the personal estate of Thomas J. Bryan decd. as
follows among the heirs and distributed to the estate of said deceased to wit, Elizabeth
Carlos, formerly Elizabeth Bryan widow of said deceased one fourth and the balance
equally between Charles L. Bryan and Lucius M. Bryan, having convened and acted
upon the business in the premises, beg leave to make the following report as the results
of our labour--
To Elizabeth Carlos, formerly Elizabeth Bryan was allotted the following slaves to
wit:
